On the sidelines of the ongoing World Export Development Forum, the Chief Executive Officer of GEPA, Madam Afua Asabea Asare has met with Ghana’s Ambassador in Ethiopia H.E. Mrs Amma Twum-Amoah at her residence.

Key among the discussions held between the two officials over lunch, were the potential of establishing a Ghana Shop to retail made-in-Ghana products including a restaurant to serve Ghanaian cuisine, and the possibility of organizing solo exhibitions to promote Ghanaian products.

H.E. Amma Twum-Amoah explained that made-in-Ghana items always enjoyed massive patronage during trade fairs in Ethiopia. She was hopeful that in good time, the Embassy will be able to progress with building a chancery of its own to implement these laudable plans.
