Chartered Impex Limited

Chartered Impex Limited is involved in the production and export of fresh pineapples. The company was founded in 1991 and is located in Gomoa Budnatta in the Central Region. It currently has a total land size of 2,000 acres out of which 102 acres are under pineapple cultivation. With the increase in demand in the EU market for fresh pineapples, the company has commenced a production expansion programme with a plan to add 100 acres.

Chartered Impex exports Sugarloaf pineapple variety mainly by air to France and Italy. It also works with 15 small growers and a cooperative with 60 farmers. The company’s production practices meet the required standards, and it is GlobalG.A.P. certified.
