Inolex expands leadership team to focus on manufacturing excellence

THE WHAT? Inolex has announced a series of new appointments to its leadership team. The cosmetics ingredients supplier has welcomed Kevin Hrebenar as VP Operations; Alanna Smith has been promoted to Site Lead Charlotte, USA; and Ted Laarkamp will become VP, Global Supply Chain.

THE DETAILS Hrebenar joins the company from Dooley Chemicals where he served as VP Operations, R&D and will leverage his background in surface and colloid chemistry and business management to build the company’s production platform for greater efficiency and sustainability.

Meanwhile, Smith is charged with overseeing the day-to-day production at Inolex’s US facility and Laarkamp will work across the organization to build out the global logistics network of the business, overseeing regional manufacturing in Korea and Brazil, among other duties.

THE WHY? The enhanced leadership structure reflects the company’s focus on excellence in manufacturing and global operations.
