Yams in USA – Competitor Analysis (2017)

Ghana exported over 27.5 million USD yams in 2016. Most of the 2016 exports went to USA (10.5 million USD), closely followed by exports to United Kingdom (10 million USD). The Country was also the third largest supplier of yams in the American market, with 15% market share. Globally, USA imported almost 70 million USD in 2016.
