Canada appeals panel report regarding US dumping duties on Canadian lumber

Canada filed an appeal on 4 June concerning the WTO panel report in the case brought by Canada in “United States — Anti-Dumping Measures Applying Differential Pricing Methodology to Softwood Lumber from Canada” (DS534). The panel report was circulated to WTO members on 9 April 2019.
