DG Okonjo-Iweala welcomes His Highness Sayyid Bilarab Bin Haitam Al-Said of Oman to WTO

Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala met with His Highness Sayyid Bilarab Bin Haitam Al-Said of Oman on 21 June at the WTO. Also present at the meeting were HE Qais Mohaammed Moosa Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, and a high-level delegation from the Sultanate of Oman. They discussed the role of trade in addressing global challenges and preparations for the 13th WTO Ministerial Conference, to be held in Abu Dhabi in February 2024.
