EU files appeal against panel ruling on US compliance in the Boeing dispute

On 29 June the European Union filed an appeal regarding the panel report in “US – Large Civil Aircraft (second complaint) (Recourse to Article 21.5 of the DSU by the European Union)” (DS353). The panel circulated its report on 9 June.
