EU files appeal against panel ruling regarding EU duties on PET from Pakistan

On 30 August the European Union filed an appeal regarding the panel report in “European Union – Countervailing Measures on Certain Polyethylene Terephthalate from Pakistan” (DS486). The panel circulated its report on 6 July.
