Members adopt panel reports in fresh avocados, steel safeguards disputes

At a meeting of the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) on 31 May, WTO members adopted two panel reports, one concerning Mexico’s challenge to Costa Rica’s restrictions on imports of fresh avocados from Mexico, the second concerning Turkey’s challenge to a European Union safeguard measure on restricting imports of certain steel products.
