Members agree on draft MC12 decision on small economies’ integration into trading system

WTO members agreed on 19 October 2021 on a decision to be submitted to trade ministers for approval at the 12th Ministerial Conference (MC12) at the end of November to help further the integration of small economies into the world trading system. Adopted at a meeting of the Committee on Trade and Development’s Dedicated Session on Small Economies, it is the first decision proposed for MC12 where consensus has been forged.
