Mexico granted authorization to suspend concessions in tuna dispute with United States
On 22 May the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) granted authorization for Mexico to suspend the application of tariff concessions to the United States in “United States – Measures Concerning the Importation, Marketing and Sale of Tuna and Tuna Products” (DS381). The DSB also agreed to establish a panel to review India’s compliance with the DSB’s recommendations and rulings in “India – Measures Concerning the Importation of Certain Agricultural Products” (DS430).
