The Comoros determined to complete WTO accession negotiations by MC11

The Comoros expressed its determination to complete its WTO accession process as quickly as possible, with the 11th Ministerial Conference (MC11), to be held in Buenos Aires in December 2017, as the target date for the conclusion of negotiations. At the second meeting of the working party on the accession of the Comoros, held on 1 June under the chairmanship of Ambassador Chávez Basagoitia of Peru, WTO members pledged to work constructively towards the country’s rapid accession to the organization.
