WTO issues panel report regarding Indonesian duties on certain iron or steel products

On 18 August a WTO dispute panel issued a report in the cases brought by Viet Nam and Chinese Taipei in “Indonesia — Safeguard on Certain Iron or Steel Products” (DS490 and 496).
