WTO issues panel report regarding US dumping duties on Canadian lumber

On 9 April the WTO circulated the panel report in the case brought by Canada in “United States — Anti-Dumping Measures Applying Differential Pricing Methodology to Softwood Lumber from Canada” (DS534).
