WTO members elect Chairperson for 13th Ministerial Conference in Abu Dhabi

Members of the WTO elected H.E. Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates, as Chairperson for the WTO’s 13th Ministerial Conference (MC13), which will take place in Abu Dhabi. The decision was taken at a 24 July meeting of the WTO’s General Council. Members were also informed at the General Council meeting that MC13 will take place from 26 to 29 February 2024 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
